Terms of Service

Nulqor provides software, tools, AI-assisted workflows, digital services, downloadable applications, cloud features, account features, marketplace features, and related products.

By using Nulqor services, you agree to these policies.

Use of Nulqor Services

You may use Nulqor services only for lawful purposes and only in a way that does not harm Nulqor, other users, our systems, payment providers, hosting providers, AI providers, or third-party services.

You agree not to abuse, disrupt, overload, attack, bypass, exploit, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse Nulqor services.

Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep your login details secure.
• Keep your payment and billing information accurate.
• Be responsible for activity under your account.
• Not share paid access in a way that bypasses subscriptions, license limits, team limits, or access limits.
• Not create accounts to avoid bans, limits, payment obligations, or enforcement actions.

Nulqor may require email verification, login verification, payment verification, device/session checks, or other security checks to protect accounts and paid access.

Software License

When you download or use Forge Studio or another Nulqor app, Nulqor gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to your access level, subscription, license, and these policies.

You may not:

• Resell Nulqor software without permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, crack, modify, or bypass license systems.
• Remove branding, security systems, telemetry notices, copyright information, or authenticity markers.
• Share paid builds, private tester builds, license-protected files, or early access builds publicly.
• Use Nulqor software to create a competing product by copying Nulqor's protected design, code, branding, systems, or private features.
• Use modified, cracked, stolen, leaked, or unofficial builds.

Nulqor may limit or disable software access if a license cannot be verified, payment fails, suspicious activity is detected, or these policies are violated.

Plans, Pricing, and Access

Nulqor may offer free plans, paid plans, team plans, organization plans, enterprise plans, early access plans, promotional plans, trials, discounts, or custom access options.

Plan names, prices, features, limits, AI usage, AI credits, storage, exports, render queues, marketplace access, team features, private deployment options, and availability may be shown on the Nulqor website, pricing page, checkout page, account dashboard, receipt, invoice, or in a separate written agreement.

Prices, features, limits, and availability may change over time.

Promotional pricing, Founders Edition pricing, discounts, trials, or special offers may be limited, changed, or ended at any time for new purchases.

Existing subscriptions may keep promotional pricing only as stated at checkout, in the account dashboard, on the receipt, on the invoice, or in a separate written agreement.

Taxes, currency conversion fees, payment processor fees, and other third-party fees may apply.

Team, Organization, and Enterprise Access

Some Nulqor access options may include seat-based access, shared workspaces, shared projects, shared asset libraries, shared theme or brand kits, version history, pooled usage, team admin controls, private deployment options, onboarding, or priority support when available.

Team, organization, or enterprise access may require:

• Seat verification.
• Admin approval.
• Organization membership.
• Domain verification.
• Subscription verification.
• Custom deployment approval.
• Separate onboarding.
• A separate quote, invoice, purchase order, or written agreement.

Custom access options may include custom pricing, minimum seat counts, custom usage limits, onboarding, private deployment, compliance support, security review, invoicing, and custom support terms.

If a separate written agreement applies, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these general policies.

User Content and Projects

You keep ownership of the models, rigs, animations, scenes, materials, files, textures, scripts, project files, and creative work you make using Nulqor tools, unless third-party assets, marketplace licenses, school/team agreements, employer agreements, or separate licenses apply.

By using cloud saves, collaboration, marketplace, upload, AI, or account features, you give Nulqor permission to store, process, display, transmit, back up, analyze, and access your content as needed to provide the service, protect the platform, fix bugs, support users, and enforce these policies.

Nulqor does not claim ownership over your original creative projects just because you made them using Nulqor tools.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any assets, files, textures, audio, models, scripts, references, or uploads you use.

Third-Party Assets and Marketplace Content

Some Nulqor features may include third-party assets, community assets, marketplace assets, templates, plugins, textures, models, sounds, scripts, or other content.

Third-party assets may have their own licenses, restrictions, attribution requirements, commercial-use rules, or redistribution limits.

You are responsible for checking whether an asset can be used in your project, sold, exported, modified, or used commercially.

Nulqor may remove, hide, disable, refund, restrict, or review marketplace listings if they violate policies, contain stolen content, include harmful files, mislead users, or create legal or safety issues.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Nulqor.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Nulqor with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

School, studio, team, organization, and enterprise accounts must be created and managed by an authorized adult, organization owner, school administrator, team administrator, or approved representative.

Nulqor services are not intended for children under 13.

Account Suspension and Termination

Nulqor may suspend, limit, disable, or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these policies.
• Abuse the service.
• Attempt fraud.
• Distribute stolen or harmful content.
• Bypass payment, license, AI, export, seat, or access limits.
• Put other users, Nulqor, payment providers, or systems at risk.
• Use leaked, cracked, modified, or unofficial builds.
• Engage in harassment, scams, malware, phishing, or illegal activity.

You may stop using Nulqor and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support.

Some information may be kept as needed for legal, accounting, billing, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments and Subscriptions

Nulqor may accept payments through third-party providers such as Stripe, Square, PayPal, Cash App Pay, or other supported payment processors.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Some access options may be billed monthly, yearly, per seat, by usage, through invoices, or through custom terms.

Seat-based access may charge based on the number of active users, invited users, assigned seats, or purchased seats depending on the billing setup.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the payment provider, customer portal, account dashboard, or by contacting support if self-service cancellation is not yet available.

Canceling stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund previous charges.

Access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout, in the account dashboard, on the receipt, on the invoice, or in a separate written agreement.

For team, organization, enterprise, or seat-based access, removing users or reducing seats may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on the billing system and access terms.

Nulqor may continue charging for assigned seats until they are removed, canceled, or changed through the proper billing flow.

Refund Review

Because Nulqor sells digital software, subscriptions, AI usage, downloads, early access tools, and online services, refunds are generally not guaranteed once access has been delivered.

Refund requests may be reviewed case by case.

Refunds may be considered for:

• Mistaken charges.
• Duplicate billing.
• System errors.
• Verified access failures.
• Payment processor errors.
• Cases where Nulqor charged incorrectly.

Refunds may be denied for:

• Changed minds.
• Forgotten renewals.
• Unused subscriptions.
• Failure to cancel before renewal.
• Unsupported devices.
• User error.
• Policy violations.
• License abuse.
• Refund abuse.
• Bans or removals caused by policy violations.

Early access purchases support development and do not guarantee that every planned feature will be available immediately.

One-time digital purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, downloaded, redeemed, or accessed.

Privacy Policy

Information We May Collect

Nulqor may collect information such as:

• Name.
• Email address.
• Account username.
• Login information.
• Support messages.
• Waitlist submissions.
• Payment status.
• Subscription status.
• App version.
• Device information.
• Operating system.
• Browser information.
• Crash logs.

• Cloud save data if cloud features are used.
• Team or organization membership information if team features are used.
• Marketplace listing information if marketplace features are used.

Payment details such as full card numbers are processed by third-party payment providers. Nulqor should not directly store full card numbers.

How Information May Be Used

Nulqor may use information to:

• Create accounts.
• Provide software access.
• Process subscriptions.
• Verify paid access.
• Verify team or organization seats.
• Prevent license abuse.
• Provide cloud saves.
• Provide AI features.
• Provide marketplace features.
• Fix bugs.
• Improve performance.
• Respond to support requests.
• Send important notices.
• Prevent fraud.
• Prevent security issues.
• Enforce policies.
• Comply with legal, billing, tax, accounting, or safety requirements.

AI and Project Data

If you use AI features, prompts, project context, selected objects, scene information, error messages, file metadata, or related data may be processed to provide assistance.

Do not submit private, sensitive, illegal, confidential, or highly valuable information into AI tools unless you understand the feature and accept the risk.

AI features may use third-party AI infrastructure. Data handling may depend on the feature, provider, access level, settings, and terms available at the time.

Nulqor may add controls in the future for AI memory, AI project context, data retention, private deployment, or enterprise AI settings.

Sharing and Service Providers

Nulqor may share information with providers needed to run the platform, such as:

• Payment processors.
• Hosting providers.
• Database providers.
• Analytics providers.
• Email providers.
• AI infrastructure providers.
• Support tools.
• Security tools.
• Fraud prevention tools.
• Marketplace service providers.
• Cloud storage providers.

Nulqor does not sell personal information to advertisers.

Nulqor may disclose information if required to comply with law, enforce policies, protect users, prevent fraud, investigate abuse, respond to legal requests, or protect Nulqor's rights and systems.

Cookies and Local Storage

Nulqor uses cookies and browser local storage to keep you logged in, remember preferences, run core features, improve performance, and support account features.

Third-party providers we rely on, such as hosting, database, analytics, payment, and support providers, may set their own cookies.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but some features, including login, checkout, account dashboards, and saved preferences, may stop working.

Data Retention

Nulqor keeps account and usage information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, protect users, and prevent abuse.

We remove, delete, or anonymize data when it is no longer needed, unless we are required or allowed to keep it for legitimate reasons.

Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Some information may not be deleted immediately if it is needed for billing, legal, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Nulqor services to create, upload, distribute, sell, assist with, or promote:

• Illegal content.
• Malware.
• Phishing.
• Exploits.
• Credential theft.
• Payment fraud.
• Spam.
• Scams.
• Harassment.
• Threats.
• Doxxing.
• Impersonation.
• Hate content.
• Extremist content.
• Harmful abuse.
• Stolen assets.
• Copyright-infringing content.
• Content you do not have rights to distribute.
• Sexual content involving minors.
• Non-consensual sexual content.
• Attempts to bypass Nulqor licensing, payments, security, AI limits, export limits, seat limits, or access controls.
• Attempts to overload, scrape, attack, disrupt, or compromise Nulqor systems.
• Attempts to distribute leaked, cracked, modified, or unofficial builds.
• Attempts to abuse marketplace systems, reviews, refunds, subscriptions, or support.

Nulqor may remove content, restrict accounts, disable marketplace listings, suspend access, terminate accounts, or report serious abuse when appropriate.

Early Access / Beta Notice

Nulqor and Forge Studio may include early access, beta, experimental, preview, or unfinished features.

Early access software may contain:

• Bugs.
• Crashes.
• Missing tools.
• Changing features.
• Performance issues.
• Compatibility issues.
• Incomplete documentation.
• Limited support.
• Data loss risks.
• Export issues.
• AI mistakes.
• Broken saves.
• Marketplace limitations.
• Cloud sync issues.

Do not use beta or early access versions as your only copy of important work.

Always keep backups.

Paid early access does not guarantee that every planned feature will be available immediately.

Features shown in previews, screenshots, videos, roadmaps, announcements, or demos may change, be delayed, or never release.

Download, License, and Access Policy

Forge Studio and related Nulqor software may be distributed through official Nulqor download pages, private tester links, update servers, or approved platforms.

Do not download Nulqor software from unofficial sources.

Paid features may require:

• Login.
• Subscription verification.
• License checks.
• Device checks.
• Session checks.
• Team or organization verification.
• Admin approval.
• Internet access.

Nulqor may limit access if:

• A license cannot be verified.
• Payment fails.
• A chargeback occurs.
• Suspicious activity is detected.
• A user violates these policies.
• A build is outdated, modified, cracked, leaked, or unsafe.

Some updates may be required to continue using online, AI, cloud, marketplace, collaboration, or paid features.

Nulqor may not support all devices, operating systems, GPUs, drivers, browsers, hardware configurations, or third-party software setups.

Team, organization, or custom access may require seat verification, admin approval, organization membership, domain verification, custom deployment approval, or separate onboarding.

Support Policy

Nulqor may provide support through email, website forms, Discord, help center, account dashboard, or other support channels.

• Guaranteed compatibility with every system.

Priority support may be offered to paid users, team users, organization users, or accounts with custom support agreements.

AI Output Disclaimer

AI tools inside Nulqor may generate suggestions, instructions, scripts, materials, animations, cleanup steps, rigging help, topology suggestions, project guidance, or other output.

AI output may be wrong, incomplete, unsafe, biased, outdated, or unsuitable.

You should:

• Review AI output before using it.
• Test generated content.
• Keep backups.
• Confirm rights and licenses before commercial use.
• Check important work manually.
• Avoid relying on AI as your only source of truth.

Do not rely on AI output for legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, engineering-critical, or life-critical decisions.

You are responsible for how you use AI output.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nulqor is not responsible for:

• Lost profits.
• Lost files.
• Corrupted projects.
• Business interruption.
• Failed exports.
• AI mistakes.
• Marketplace asset issues.
• Third-party outages.
• Unsupported device problems.
• User error.
• Beta software bugs.
• Subscription issues caused by third-party processors.
• Failed downloads caused by user systems or third-party networks.
• Compatibility issues.
• Indirect damages.
• Consequential damages.
• Incidental damages.
• Special damages.

Nulqor services are provided "as is" and "as available" unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing in these policies removes rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws.

Changes to Policies

Nulqor may update these policies as the product, payment system, laws, features, subscriptions, marketplace, AI tools, or business changes.

Updated policies will be posted on the Nulqor website with a new Last updated date.

Continued use of Nulqor services after changes means you accept the updated policies.

If changes are important, Nulqor may also provide notice through the website, app, email, Discord, account dashboard, or another reasonable method.

Governing Law

These policies and your use of Nulqor are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Nulqor operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If a separate written agreement applies, that agreement may include different governing law, venue, or dispute terms.

Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory local consumer-protection laws.
